FAM is pleased to hold a Mother Daughter Tea for foster and adoptive moms and daughters.  This event is a tribute to the remarkable women who dedicate their time as foster and adoptive mothers.  It is being held  during the month of May when we traditionally celebrate both Mother's Day and National Foster Care Month.  A speaker from the Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame will discuss the role some of their Inductees have played in CT history and showcase the Hall’s award-winning exhibit “We Fight for Roses Too”  which traces women’s struggle for equality.
